To Our Rex Art Family,

Over the last year stock and delivery of Fredrix Canvas products have been severely hampered by a number of issues, which finally concluded with the sale of the Fredrix to another company within the art supply industry. This caused an industry wide issue and made it impossible to provide our clients with timely delivery of all or most Fredrix products. We know this has been a major frustration for you, and we are so sorry that we were not able to do better with delivery of Fredrix products to you. Believe us when we say we were as disappointed as you! We were forced to remove most products from our site due to this issue for almost 4 months.

The good news is that there is hope on the Fredrix horizon. We have been working non-stop to get Fredrix products back on our digital shelves and shipping to you again. We are now slowly adding products back to our site, and hope that the worst of Fredrix's delivery issues are behind us. We expect that fill rates will get better and better, but please be patient with us. As always we hope that you will call or email us with any questions or concerns. You can be assured that we will attend to your concerns, and will make sure we can do all we can for you!

As we all encounter the effects of the Coronavirus we are doing the best we can each day. Here at Rex we are listening to the advice of the CDC and Federal, State and Local agencies in regards to best practices for ourselves and those around us. Social distancing measures, while not planned or ideal, may be just provide you the moments you needed to devote to that painting you've had swirling inside, or allow you the time to get ready for the upcoming shows when things begin to return to normal, or you may even start a virtual show!

At this time we would like you to know that we will try to be there for you to support your artistic endeavors during this difficult tim, as our family has done since 1950. Like you, we do not know what tomorrow will bring, or what each day will be like.But right now, we are able to fulfill orders for creative supplies. We know they are essential.

As it stands, we are processing as normal, but we ask that you be patient with processing, delivery and customer service requests as we deal with the extraordinary uncertainty that we are all currently facing. That being said, we are all in this together, and together we will see this through and be stronger as a nation and neighbors. We again thank you for your continued support, which is needed more than ever, and wish that your family remain safe and healthy during this crisis.
