Unlike the Richeson Powder Paint and Richeson Tempera Cakes/Blocks, these colors require only a small amount of water to easily lift the paint. Each Semi-Moist color comes as an individual block or as part of a set. Easy to use in the classroom and by professional artists alike, they can be stored and used again and again!
