Anxious for your art supplies? Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, provided all of the items are in stock. If we are unable to fulfill the order within 24 business hours, we will contact you via email to let you know the status of your order. So it's always a good idea to check your email for either a shipping confirmation or an out-of-stock notification.
If you have received a shipping confirmation email, you can check the status of your order below. Just enter the invoice number provided in the email (this is your reference number), your country and your zip, then press 'Track'.
