Have a question and don't want to wait for someone to return your e-mail? A Rex Art staff member is available at 800-REX-ART2 (800-739-2782) from 9am - 6pm EST Monday through Saturday (as a family owned business we still take Sundays off!).
Efficiency
We know that our customers are busy. That's why we make it a priority to process our orders for shipment within 24 business hours when all items are in stock. We also try to contact our customers within 24 business hours regarding any out of stock items and offer solutions immediately.
Knowledge
When you contact Rex Art, either through e-mail or on the phone, your questions and orders will be attended to by artists. Our staff includes aibrush artists, painters, sculptors, illustration artists and crafters. We'll do our best to answer your question as promptly and accurately as possible.
Special Order & Back Order Support
We realize that some of our customers are looking for hard to find items. That's why we offer Special Order services. Just contact us with your request and we will research the item for you.
We also handle back orders. Because the range of art supplies is so large, items are sometimes out of stock. While some companies may simply ship an order less the out of stock items without notifying the customer first, Rex Art prefers to give our customers a choice. You may choose to have your order shipped as is, back order the out of stock items for future shipment, or cancel your order altogether. It's up to you. If you choose to back order the out of stock items, they will be shipped free of charge when they total over $25.
