Currently there's a bug when choosing DD as a few Draconic bloodlines (Red didnt work for me) I was able to choose DD coming from a baseline Sorc with Gold dragon bloodline though. Anything multi stat dependent would benefit the most from dragon. The things that come to mind first for me is the Monk 1, Sorc 5 (dragon bloodline), Dragon Disciple 4, Eldritch Knight 10.
