The following recipe suggests using heat to prepare chokeberry juice. It is not our preferred version, as high temperature kills some of the nutrient content. Start by washing your chokecherries and removing the stems. Put the chokecherries in a large kettle and add water. Bring the mixture to a boil, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
